Dundee Resort Development has been active in the resort development business in Colorado since 1989 - establishing a reputation for quality projects and for a high level of customer service.

 

St. James Place, a 108-unit condominium, timeshare and retail complex in Beaver Creek, was our first major project in Colorado and was developed between 1988 and 1996. Subsequent luxury condominium projects include Aspenwood Lodge, Pinecone Lodge, Settler’s Lodge, Firelight Lodge and finally One Arrowhead Place - all located within the Beaver Creek Resort area and all geared toward the high-end second home market.

 

In 1997, Dundee Resort Development purchased Arapahoe Basin, a well known, but languishing, ski area in Summit County, Colorado. Dundee remains committed to perserving the Basin's unique culture and experience but has made significant investments to improve the facility and services.

 

In 2005, Dundee teamed up with some local landowners to purchase Bear Valley Mountain Resort in the Sierra Mountains of northern California. Over the next 5 - 7 years Bear Valley will be improved with 300 - 400 new condominium residences and a new pedestrian village.

 

Dundee Resort Development is a subsidiary of Toronto-based Dundee Resort Development Corporation. With annual revenues of over $100,000,000 Dundee Resort Development Corporation is also involved in the development and marketing of several successful urban condominium projects, including Toronto’s Camden Lofts, Pantages Tower and Opus Tower, and the prestigious Princeton Grand in Calgary, Alberta.
